INFORMATION FOR BEGINNERS

In Golf, as in other sports, there are a lot of terms that for the uninitiated players are represented by magic spells. Some of them may never come in handy. But other details, such as the main shock and the clubs, the players, the rules of account and formats of competitions, make up base, no where on the field do nothing. Let’s try to understand.

BASIC GOLF SWING
The game is played on a Golf course-a specially prepared area with uneven terrain. The first blow is performed from the site, called ti, and the last zone with a hole, in which you need to drive the ball, becomes the green-the area with the lowest grass. Most of the Golf course is fairway, covered with a lawn of medium height. A zone with the longest grass, where the hardest to knock the ball, called RAF. The hole is called not only the deepening intended for a corral of a ball, but also the site from tee to green on which there can be special traps from sand, water or grass, and natural barriers in the form of stones, branches and even insects. The standard Golf course consists of 18 holes.

The main movement, consisting of swing, Mach and direct impact, is called swing. It is the basic technique in working with all clubs except for the patter, and the basis for strikes.

Drive – the very first shot that the player makes on the hole. Performed with a special stand driver-stick with the longest rod and the largest head with a small inclination. The goal of the drive is to knock the ball from the tee to the maximum possible and accurate distance towards the green. Sometimes the impact players make a different version of the putter with a large head – wood.

Chip-a short relatively low blow, after which the ball rolls, covering a considerable distance. Usually used near the green. For the chip usually use a stick cage, which also knock the balls out of the bunker (sand trap) or iron stick with a metal head, convenient for pulling the ball out of the high grass. Golf swing
Pitch – high impact to transfer through the barrier (the RAF, the water or bunker), after which the ball slows down quickly and almost not moving. It is also used next to the green and is performed with a special stick with a large angle of inclination – sand-wage. Golf swing
Pat-a smooth rolling kick used to corral the ball into the hole already on the green. It is performed with a putter, for which the swing is not used, but the pendulum movement. Golf swing

Blow on a perfectly flat and straight path called straight . But due to various factors, the performance of such a blow is very rare: there is always a factor that prevents the accurate flight of the ball.

Other types of strikes:

Hook-a blow from the right-hand rack with a straight flight, in which the ball is strongly deflected to the left.

Heavily twisted left and right punches can be called pool hook and push slice. Slice, Pul, push & hook – unwanted techniques that lead to deviation of the ball trajectory, which inevitably complicates the game.

A LITTLE ABOUT CLUBS
The design of the club consists of a head that directly hits the ball, a handle covered with rubber or leather, and a metal or plastic rod connecting the upper and lower parts of the projectile. There are about 30 types of such equipment, but according to the rules, the maximum number that a player can use in a match is limited to 14 clubs. All of them differ in the design of the head, angle and length of the rod and are used for playing on different parts of the Golf course.

Irony’s Golf clubs. Necessary for accurate strikes at medium and short distances and also for the first swing with a small hole and “pulling” the ball from Rafa.
Golf clubs Woods. Used for strikes at an extremely large distance, mainly with ti.
Golf clubs Veggie. This is a kind of iron, but these clubs are used mainly for knocking out the ball caught in a trap.
Putters Golf clubs. Special clubs that allow you to make soft, neat strokes on the green. Sometimes they are used for knocking the ball on the green from areas of low grass, where other sticks and blows are easy to beat the ball further than necessary.

For each stroke, the player chooses the most suitable stick, which will help him to knock the ball as accurately as possible and closer to the green with the hole.
